SCARBOROUGH AND BUCHANAN WEIGH IN ON PALIN PRIOR TO V.P. PICK

Here's video from Friday morning, just hours before Sarah Palin was announced as McCain's Vice Presidential Candidate. It's nice to see some "straight talk" from these two. I just wonder if they've changed their tune in recent days?

I don't unnecessarily agree with everything Scarborough and Buchanan say. But remember this was PRIOR to the pick, and I'm of the opinion that they were giving their honest response.

That having been said, I found it VERY interesting that Palin's first introduction to the American people included a lie about her stance on "The Bridge to Nowhere".

Do first impressions mean anything anymore?

O'Reilly is a blowhard, who occassionally getting a morsel of truth through the BS filters of the media. A lot of people believe in him, I'm not a fan.

I have, over the past months, rejected MSNBC as a source of news or information, they are pure entertainment, in the worst sense of the word. In my opinion.

Pandering vs honesty?

I'm willing to allow Palin the same opportunity to explain herself as Obama should have to explain some of his more curious past statements.

Palin might just bring something positive to the discussion if we can, just stop the "virtual stoning" for a moment?

Obama earned a star today with his comments about family.
