Is this what celebrity news has come to? 80 year-old Charlotte Ray (better known as Mrs. Garrett from TV's Facts of Life) called Joan Collins a "bitch" on the red carpet of Collins' stage show in Los Angeles last week, and the media can't get enough of it.
