DRUNK OR STONED?

Anyone who's ever sat through a boring lecture during their college years can attest that it's an excruciating experience. However it's made even worse when your professor seems to be "altered" by some unknown substance, and endlessly blathers on about meaningless events. Here's some edited footage of a University of Florida professor who supposedly lost his job due behavior like this.

Most people say this guy is "stoned"... but I'm leaning towards "drunk". What do you think?

By the way, there's much more about this professor over at BOING BOING.

Gosh, are we sure he's not just really, really, really, really, REALLY flamboyant?

Maybe a 14-count box of PANCAKES & SAUSAGE ON A STICK WITH CHOCOLATE CHIPS will sober his flat, snockered ass up.

Wow, was he boring. Except when he went "Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhston!".

As a student of (sadly) more than one drunk educator, it is my opinion he is not drunk. NO real slurring of the words. Is able to sit on the stool without leaning/falling off to oneside. And the tell tell sign...not sipping from the "glass of water" that is really vodka, because when the need to be drunk becomes strong enough to lecture class altered, they need to keep the buzz going.
Wow this may be my dissertation for my PhD in indentifing a drunk.
